Codleo Consulting is very pleased to announce that it has reached the summit. Not the summit of Mount Everest.  Though we wish we could. Maybe we might shortly. Who knows?  Yes, a goal to aim for!!!! Well coming back to the topic of the summit,. We are now a Summit-tier partner (formerly known as Platinum tier) of the world’s number 1 CRM, Salesforce Inc. Since beginning our journey as a base-level partner when we launched in April 2019 with a handful of employees, we have achieved this milestone very quickly. In fact, in two and a half years, we have moved up their partner level ladder rather rapidly—base, crest, ridge, and now the ultimate level/tier—the summit. We do feel like summiteers scaling one of the big adventure mountain peaks.

The Salesforce Consulting partner universe is expanding Just like the Marvel cinematic universe, it includes businesses of all sizes, from individual consultants to Multinational consultancies that provide a range of services across Salesforce products, industries, and system integration abilities.  Their partner program allows their licensed vendors to create and expand successful businesses by burning expertise and using unique tools. The Consulting Partner Tiers are based on each partner's Trailblazer Score, which evaluates a vendor's contribution against Salesforce-set targets across three categories: Customer Success, Innovation, and Engagement.

Customer Success: How each partner’s work and processes help in customer delight with innovation and smart implementation.

Innovation is the confidence to approach issues differently and solve them with unique or out-of-the-box solutions that leave people with a ‘wow"‘ factor and set standards for others to emulate.

Engagement: working in harmony/collaboration with the Salesforce team (in the region/city) to further the work of Salesforce and expand its reach to all natures, shapes, and sizes of companies.

As the partnership level grows, so do the benefits that Salesforce provides. For example, now, as a summit partner, we will be assigned a partner success manager to work with. We are now eligible for Google Ads and quicker Technical Support response times. Salesforce partners get access to important resources to construct their Salesforce practices and take full advantage of the different opportunities offered by the world’s premier customer relationship management software.
