Supporting the project team by documenting and building solutions in Salesforce and requisite Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot etc.)
Lead discussions to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions with supportive documentation

Create a standard of excellence (best practices) in email and marketing automation, while ensuring adoption for our clients.
Implement and support front-end technology questions regarding HTML emails, landing pages, etc. from templates while incorporating industry best practices
Manage data including segmentation and reporting, testing, cleansing and optimization
Develop and execute testing and optimization strategies to improve email metrics
Assist marketing clients with customer contact strategies to deepen the customer relationship and increase sales opportunities and then execute on these campaigns.
Consult with clients on enterprise or departmental level customer experience strategy
Recommend appropriate digital technology to support the customer’s needs end-to-end, including hosting and integration with existing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.)

12-18 years IT industry total experience, with Minimum 9 years specifically in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutioning, and development (coding) in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning, and any affiliated coding technologies required for Salesforce like Java-script frameworks.
Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy
Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives
Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.
Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach
Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits)
