  • Cest – The next level is the Silver tier, based on a “target number of points”. A silver-level member works with small & medium size businesses and sometimes bigger firms.

  • Ridge – Firms in this level are midsized and have achieved the minimum required level of partner points through growth, project delivery, and certifications.

  • Summit – These Top Salesforce partners are multi-national with services to large and enterprise-level corporations, with a large deck of highly skilled employees and a sound operating structure. They enjoy a good reputation in the market. Earlier known as Salesforce platinum partners.
