This involves a rigorous audit of the digital transformation as well as identifying opportunities to enhance the transformation, and the company goals. 

Employee management – It's time to equip the company on being a better employer and how to manage the employees going forward.  The creation of strategies and processes to deal effectively with human capital challenges is an intrinsic competency a business needs to be “woke” about and take action.
