We are often asked how we in our 4 years of operation as Best Salesforce Partners keep our employees happy and invested. It’s not easy. We are always learning from our mistakes and trying to better ourselves over time. In this blog, we are putting forward some of our learnings so that others can benefit from our experiences.

Here are the top ways Salesforce partners keep employees happy:
  • Certifications – No one should rest on their current laurels. One should keep trying to hone their skills and be a better version of themselves daily. To this end, we as Salesforce partners push our team members to keep certifying in different Salesforce domains and paths. Our continuous mission is to ensure that our 100% certified staff keeps achieving more and more certifications. Our top two delivery heads are currently 15X and 10X Salesforce certified. By investing in Salesforce certifications of the team, Best Salesforce partners keep their employees satisfied as their professional growth is addressed.

  • Rewards and recognition – It’s important to keep employees loyal and happy. This is addressed by a cultural institutionalisation of rewards & recognition. Some simple suggestions are large windows for sunlight with blinds, greenery, Comfortable and ergonomic office furniture, meeting rooms and a host of facilities (washrooms, soft beverages, snacks, etc),.
