Salesforce has launched Slack AI, a generative artificial intelligence experience available within the Slack collaboration platform. Through it, users can access the knowledge coming to Slack via guided experiences for AI-led search, channel recaps, thread summaries, and eventually, a digests feature. "With Slack AI, we're excited to take this transformation to the next level. These new AI capabilities empower our customers to access the collective knowledge within Slack so they can work smarter, move faster, and spend their time on things that spark real innovation and growth. Thanks to Slack AI and Salesforce Integration Services, users can access the below:
  • AI-fuelled search that delivers customised, smart replies to various queries. Users may query conversationally & obtain precise replies, based on the right Slack messages.

  • Channel recaps that produce important highlights from available channels. Users can get up to speed on unread messages, concise the past week, or set custom date ranges to make them concise.

  • Thread summaries that allow users to be up to speed with long conversations. Users can get the brief of detailed conversations via a click, and clear sources are present in every summary.
