The biggest gathering of Salesforce Consulting Services personnel has just concluded in San Francisco. With releases, events, parties, and announcements, it’s been an eventful and busy 3 days. Now that everyone in Salesforce Consulting Services has resumed their lives and the event are over till next year, we can now look at what were the major takeaways and announcements from this year. Read below to get your jist of the same.

The major Salesforce Dreamforce 2023 announcements for Salesforce Consulting Services domain are:

1. Einstein 1 Platform - It is a revamped version of the Salesforce platform to make a reliable Artificial Intelligence platform that Salesforce users can use with surety. The core of Einstein 1 is Einstein Copilot, the built-in side panel of the user interface users are familiar with. Internal users, or clients, can engage with this conversational AI assistant in natural language – just as how humans would type, during conversations with other humans. Copilot takes it a step further, providing suggestions in the garb of multi-step action plans where users can choose /de-select the next actions.

2. Co-pilot studio. Einstein Copilot Studio is where admins or other Salesforce Consulting Services users have both power & control – the capability to deploy impactful generative AI to support productivity of users, while retaining control over which processes generative AI is used, and the extent that the prompts should reach. This consists of 3 components: Prompt Builder, Skills Builder, and Model Builder:

• Prompt Builder: It makes prompt templates, select how they want to ‘ground’ the prompts in Salesforce data, and become active for users fast.

• Skills Builder: Provides access to generative AI on the Salesforce platform through ‘skills’. Simply, a Salesforce Consulting Services professional embedding a ‘skill’ into a Salesforce Flow.

• Model Builder: The freedom to choose the AI models users want to use, such as Salesforce’s proprietary large language models or among their partners such as  Google Cloud’s Vertex IX, or OpenAI.

3. Free Data Cloud and Tableau Licenses. Salesforce is providing free Data Cloud and Tableau licenses, for clients who are on Sales and Service Cloud, specifically for Enterprise or Unlimited edition, to begin their journey in Salesforce products. This free package contains two free Tableau Creator licenses & Data Cloud licenses for a maximum of 10000 profiles.

4. Data cloud triggered flows. Thanks to Cloud embedded in the Einstein 1 platform, automation can be initiated with robust data from Data Cloud – real-time data, and information from many systems.

If not, time to onboard the one tool where teams can work seamlessly and smoothly without leaving their desks or remote workstations. Salesforce has announced Slack AI that includes Channel Recaps, Thread Summaries, Search Answers, as well as automation, and Slack lists.

6. Salesforce AI power to be a job creator. Salesforce AI powered solutions will lead to the creation of around 18 million jobs globally within the next 5 years.
