Cloud adoption – The switch to cloud services is gathering pace and will be a “must” in the future. Cloud services can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, and anytime. Hence the need for files, office space, adhering to office times, and rushing back to send files is going to be a thing of the past. With remote teams in different locations, cloud service is a long term but a right investment for the future.
Cyber security - With so much valuable data and information being stored in cloud services and so on, cybersecurity is going to be mandatory and a key trend. Businesses will have to tighten or enhance their security systems to make them future-ready for any exigencies.
Program management – More focus will be on program management in years to come. Companies aiming for success will have to undergo large scale organisational modifications and using new technologies.
Flexibility – One of the key learnings from 2020 has been that companies need to be flexible in their plans, approach, style, functioning, and so on. Be like the bamboo which bends with the storm and survives, unlike the rigid trees that perish. Digital change strategy – Businesses will have to create and define the right digital strategy for a holistic transformation. The strategy should be aligned with the company goals and requirements.
