Salesforce launches 4 upgraded products for e selling

Salesforce has just released its new Sales Cloud and boy does it come with enhanced features which are just the thing needed in the armory of sales warriors. These features are just the arms needed to make the whole experience productive and compelling. Since the pandemic which is now swirling around us, physical distancing being the norm and face to face meetings are a strict no-no, the only way for companies to stay afloat is to submerge themselves in digital tech and various tools enabling e-selling opportunities.  

In this blog, we shall examine the newly released 4 features namely: Salesforce meetings, Einstein Call Coaching for Video, Salesforce Maps Field Safety Kit, and High-Velocity Sales for the Full Sales Cycle. 

Salesforce meetings - This is a novel video meeting management system that sits atop your video call provider be it zoom, MS teams, or Google hangout.  It is an interface that gives the sales team greatly needed and valued data to enhance the quality of their conversations. It also aids stronger bonds with clients. It brings together video calls and data in one easy viewing option to avoid wastage of time trying to juggle video calls and searching for data in different sources. Its Follow-up feature “close the loop faster after calls” with the next steps powered by Einstein. 

Einstein Call Coaching for Video - AI is used to decode conversations and note the key points to allow management or account holders to devise strategies based on fluid situations. Thus, it makes life easier for salespeople to plan for the coming and far ahead of the future.  This feature is an extension of the already existing Einstein call coaching which is being used to decode telecalls so far. 
Salesforce launches services for eselling

Salesforce Maps Field Safety Kit - Salesforce map location intelligence solution to understand how your Salesforce data is represented geographically. In this feature, it brings together data pertaining to geographies with COVID-19 data from Tableau. This gives the company and the sales team clarity on the spread of the pandemic through the landscape allowing salespeople to know where they could decide to make in-person calls face to face with clients/prospects or not. Thus, if an area has many cases or a spike, it could be ignored for meetings until the situation improves. This is a great feature and must in this time and age. Plus, it will help in the future as pandemics will become a part and parcel of our daily life as our relationship with nature gets more intrusive. 

High-Velocity Sales for the Full Sales Cycle - This feature now supports all types of sellers. It scales up virtual selling. This Sales Cloud add-on gives you Sales Cadences, which provide salespeople with scalable, repeatable, templated outreach across various channels.
