Salesforce Introduces Rpa To Einstein

SALESFORCE INTRODUCES RPA TO EINSTEIN

Publish date:

Salesforce – Einstein is named after the late Albert Einstein, the famous German-born theoretical physicist. Salesforce Einstein is a set of best-in-class platform services that bring advanced AI capabilities into the core of the Customer Success Platform, making Salesforce the world's smartest CRM. With Einstein, the world's #1 CRM is now the world's smartest CRM and it brings intelligence to all of the clouds.

3 Einstein Automate products will aid all Salesforce clients to automate time wasting manual processes, and connect information across all systems. These low-code tools will empower admins, irrespective of technical background. Einstein Automate is a mix of workflow automation, integration, digital interactions, and AI capabilities embedded across Salesforce’s platform.  Salesforce is now able to offer Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities all because of their takeover of Servicetrace in the middle of 2021.

  • Mulesoft RPA - Change repetitive tasks with bots that can intelligently process documents, enter data, or take action on the user’s behalf, all without code. With MuleSoft RPA, these bots work for any system or application, including PDF documents, spreadsheets, and as well as traditional systems in silos.

  • Einstein document readers - Documents readers have been around for some time. They were used in offices to scan visiting cards for contact details and the data is parked in recognized fields for easy and safe viewing at any time. I have used it in my previous organizations and have always been fascinated by it. Einstein’s version is pretty much the same. Use the collated information with just a few clicks in Salesforce Flow — minimizing manual errors and enhancing accuracy.

  • Digital Process Automation - Create branded digital experiences quicker with drag & drop tools that enable users to pinpoint automation rules & logic, obtain data from docs and merge into automated workflows.

Besides the new capabilities from MuleSoft RPA, Einstein Automate includes:

  • MuleSoft Composer for Salesforce: Admins can use the increasing library of pre-built connectors & templates to speedily automate integrations from different sources

  • Salesforce Flow: Automate with easy, reusable workflows that trigger based on changes to data or events (eg. creating a follow-up task when a deal closes or alerting a support manager about an escalation)

  • Flow Orchestrator: orchestrate complex, multi-user processes across systems.

We hope that you enjoyed reading about these new developments and are all geared up to use them in your daily life.
