Change sets are similar to vessels that shift configurations between various Salesforce environments, such as from a sandbox scenario to the real deal. Making a change set consists of picking the items that you feel are suitable for deployment. 

Data Loader: It is an important feature to be aware of and use, ​​letting users import, update, export, and delete records within the Salesforce org. Its most popular uses are feeding information from one system to Salesforce (data migration), updating records on a whole scale with the latest data, expunging records that have outlived their utility, and exporting data as a backup. 

Dynamic forms are user-centric, intuitive page layouts that show the relevant data when required. With the passage of time, the page layout, or the “Details” section in Lightning pages, may get clogged with fields. These fields may not be required all the time or by certain categories of users. This helps in enhancing page load speed as well as eliminating many page layouts.  

Salesforce flow: It enables users to make complicated business remedies with clicks, not code. Flow Builder is the super tool that a Salesforce Admin can wield, giving them the magic of developers. To carry out large-scale updates across many unrelated records, the flow should be used.  It has many uses and it is being made into a robust tool release after release by Salesforce Inc. 

Setup Audit Trail: With it, users can examine any metadata changes undertaken by users in the firm’s organization. These include anything that takes place in a Salesforce setup, such as modifications to page layouts, automation, field-level security, etc. This feature allows the management and system administrators to be aware of any and every change made. It also promotes accountability in cases of incorrect Salesforce configuration practices. 

Global Picklist Value Sets: Picklists are a Salesforce field type that limits which values users can choose when filling a field in Salesforce. It is important for any Salesforce administrator to ensure that information is consistent at all times. Global Picklist Value Sets curate a solitary collation of values that can be referenced by picklist fields on many objects. With picklists bound in harmony, any type of modification is reflected in all picklists using that value set. Its most popular use has been in prospect conversion mapping (prospect fields to contact, account, or opportunity fields). 

Dynamic interactions: These refer to interactive components such as a list, a data entry form, a chart, or a map.  While the first component is made by a developer, it can then be added to Salesforce layouts by the admin, who is in charge of the interaction of the component with others as well as its purpose.
