Diversity brings different experiences and skills to the table from which the company and a solo administrator benefits in the long run.   2. Ensure your team works actively and collaborates with other teams/departments which results in multiple benefits to each team and the organization as a whole. Work together and help each other out. 

  3. Be an active team player and motivate your team. Enable honest feedback and suggestions whether in meetings or via surveys or town halls or on one. Encourage ideas, solutions, thoughts to improve work, and let team members know that their opinions are valued. This way you retain talent, motivate them to do better, and find good solutions to issues & challenges.
